When we contacted Eldi on a Saturday, he was fully booked for the week but contacted us as he was working in the neighbourhood nearby and squeezed us in. We had a baby sleepy upstairs and though they didn’t have to, they were extremely mindful of the noise as they set up upstairs. They also used extra long hoses, leaving the steam cleaning machine downstairs. They were very thorough and efficient and they brought everything back to new! Eldi just left, we asked him to clean our stairs, area rugs and broadloom carpets. What a difference!! My carpets and area rugs look brand new. He has amazing communication, very professional, excellent results and goes the extra mile. When a stain was just too old or was not going to be removed, he let us know.
He came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to others.
I'll be sure to use Clean By Steam in the future.

We just had Eldi and his team come Steam Clean our house. The carpets and couches looked brand new when I walked in the door. I am so incredibly impressed with the job they did.
Eldi was professional, kind and honest and affordable. He stayed until the job was done properly.
I wouldn’t think twice to use them again.

After a roofing issue and subsequent repair work, the carpet in my daughter's room was dirty and stained. Eldi restored it to perfection. Couldn't be happier. Clean by Steam did an outstanding job. We used their services for carpet cleaning and we got our brand new looking carpets. I couldn't;t believe the color of that dirty waster that came out of the carpets. Eldi and his team were so professional. They made sure to leave our place smelling and looking super clean and fresh.
